Sound familiar?

If any of this is you, this clinic's for you

"My forehand rolls or turns over."

You'll learn the grip and release angle that keep the disc flying flat and finishing where you want.

"I throw it like a baseball."

We rebuild the motion as a snap, not a heave — the single change that fixes most forehands.

"I only have a backhand."

You'll leave with a repeatable second shot for tunnels, flex lines and approaches your backhand can't reach.

What you'll learn

90 minutes, six building blocks

  • Grip & disc selection: the two grips that work, and why a slow, overstable disc is your friend.
  • The snap: standstill reps for clean spin (the highest-leverage part of the day).
  • Footwork: a simple X-step that adds power without breaking your form.
  • Shot shaping: flat, hyzer and anhyzer lines so the forehand becomes a tool, not a stunt.
  • The putter forehand: the touch shot you'll actually use most on the course.
  • Fixing common faults: chicken-wing elbow, no snap, nose-up releases, grip that's too loose.

You'll go home with a two-week practice drill and a free one-page handout so the gains stick. Prefer to read first? Here's the full forehand fundamentals breakdown.
